Season 0 — accruing now

Luck, ledgered.

Every spin is exactly 50%. On-chain, forever. Luck changes what your misses earn — never whether you win. Misses mint Luck on a published escalator, Luck is your ticket in the weekly draw, and lifetime Luck is your weight in the Luck Drop once $WARS exists.

How Luck works

The escalator — pity is the headline, not fine print
1st–2nd consecutive miss+1 Luck each
3rd–4th+2 Luck each
5th–6th+3 Luck each
7th and beyond+4 Luck each (cap)
10th straight — Full Pity+25 bonus + Golden Ticket

A win resets the streak; nothing else does. Luck never expires, never decays, and is never reduced by entering draws.

Why this is honest at a fixed 50%

The win check is u64 % 2 on VRF bytes — a compile-time constant of the program. It cannot be changed for anyone, at any price; a different modulus is a different program, and the whole point of Gacha Wars is that you can verify that yourself. So Luck doesn't bend the coin. It escalates your share of a side pot the house has already earned — the deeper a bad run, the larger the slice your misses mint. The unluckier your night, the more your losses are worth. That sentence is mechanically true, and that's the only kind we publish.

Tickets come from playing — no lane, now or ever, sells raw tickets from zero. Caps apply after every multiplier, so no stack of passes and boosts can turn a wallet into the whole raffle.

Draw #1 fires the first Friday after two lights are green: the board fully backed, and the prize wallet holding 5+ SOL of realized fees. The full ticket ledger and its merkle root publish before each draw; the winning index comes from the same RFC 9381 ECVRF that settles every spin — the raffle inherits the game's proof, not a new trust assumption.

The arming bar — live
Realized house fees to date

While any backing gap exists, 100% of house fees are forfeited to the player pool and the pot budget is exactly zero — the same house-paid-last rule the game runs on, applied to its own lottery. The gap shrinking to zero is the countdown to Draw #1.

$WARS.

Live · fair launch · this is the machine it feeds

A plain fair-launch mint — no presale, no team allocation, no token treasury. Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 with the mint authority burned, so no more can ever be created, and there is no freeze authority. The machine below is built into the site and funded only by fees the game has already earned on-chain.

What it does — each with its funding named
Rakeback Lamps

Burn $WARS to light a 7-day lamp: 10–25% of the house's 0.09 SOL miss fee back on your own misses, paid in SOL — never token emissions. Every wallet gets 5% free. Lamps are prefunded from realized fees before they're sold, so a lamp can never be an IOU.

ROYALE Checkout

Spin paying in $WARS: one signature swaps to exactly 0.3 SOL and spins — the engine's math is byte-identical. A small burn kicker and a +3% rakeback bump make token-paid spins a sink, not just a convenience.

Furnace Tickets

Burn for extra weekly-draw entries on top of the free entries your misses mint. The free Luck lane is never converted, never discounted.

Miss Accelerants & nameplates

Burn at the miss reveal for 2× Luck accrual, or burn to name your seat — the name retires the moment you're kicked, so survival itself is the flex. Points and cosmetics only, never odds.

Furnace Fridays

30% of realized fees buys $WARS back on a hard schedule; 90% burns every Friday 18:00 UTC in one published transaction. Every step is a chain receipt — the 30% is verifiable, not claimed.

The Luck Drop

The other 10% of every Furnace buy is set aside, and each month the machine drops it pro-rata to lifetime Luck. Market-bought, never minted — playing is how you earn the token without buying it.

"Realized" means fees that actually reached the treasury after the house-paid-last waterfall — during any backing gap the split applies to zero, and the page says so instead of pretending.

How it arms — no hands
1 · Token launchedfair-launch mint, fixed supply
2 · Site plugs in the addressengines arm automatically
3 · Cranks run the schedulebuys, burns, rakeback, draws
Every actiona published chain receipt

Self-sufficient by construction: no token treasury to seed, no manual Friday ritual, no ops dependence. The engines spend only what the fee stream has already realized — small weeks run small, deficit weeks pause honestly, and the scale of every number is decided by real volume, not promises.

What it will never do
Never change the 50%.

The win check is a compile-time constant. No token, tier, or pass touches it — provably.

Never touch the player pool.

No token flow can reach the pool that backs seats and drip. Solvency is proven in SOL only.

Never sell queue priority.

Settlement is strict FIFO by sequence number — favoritism is a program error, not a product.

Never hold itself as collateral.

The SOL treasury never holds $WARS. The FTT trick is structurally impossible here.

Never make the token the chip.

Spins are SOL, always. $WARS gates rates and extras — every casino that forced its token as the chip is a graveyard we don't join.

Never promise yield.

No APY numbers, no price talk, no projections. Realized history only — same rule as the rest of the site.

Every miss is Luck now.

Season 0 counts every spin retroactively — including the ones you've already made.
